They are dropped on Manic level, chapter 5 drops the first print, from what I've read its every 5th Chapter (5,10,15)

Hopefully we do get a confirmation that there is or is not going to be one.. Wouldn't like to see my character gone then having someone else grabbing my username after the wipe
That would suck.I can agree to that, it'd suck to have my name taken after the wipe but other than that with levels and stuff I don't really see a problem with wiping.
